Free rules!
Fantastic set of rules and all for free, I have the hardback version as well which I like because it has a ton of background in. This is excellent for trying out with some minis you already before diving into the game fully.

Drowned Earth PDF
Nice condensed version of the rules no background in it which is why I bought the hardback version. Well presented, plenty of examples for the more complicated stuff. Really great kickoff point to get you started in the game.
