This page provides consumer-facing product safety and compliance information in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988, Article 20. It is intended to meet the requirement for a permanently accessible digital label, made available via QR code from all relevant products sold within the European Union.

Olmec Games Ltd produces hobby products designed for use by gamers, collectors, and hobbyists. Unless specifically labelled otherwise, these products are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

Products are manufactured in the United Kingdom or sourced from trusted production partners. All items are packed and shipped directly from our UK facility.

These products are not classified as toys or electrical devices, and therefore do not require CE or UKCA marking under current EU or UK regulations.

3D Printed Resin Miniatures

Supplied fully cured using high-quality photopolymer resin.
Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
May contain small parts or sharp edges.
Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of small children.
If sanding, cutting, or modifying, wear a dust mask and work in a well-ventilated area. Wash hands after handling dust.
Modification is not recommended. Cutting or filing may release fine particulate matter that can be irritating if inhaled.

Metal Miniatures (Legacy Stock)

Cast in lead-free white metal alloy.
Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
May include small parts and sharp points – choking hazard.
Intended for assembly using cyanoacrylate (“super glue”) or other hobby adhesives.
If filing or sanding, use a dust mask and wash hands after handling.

Dice

May present a choking hazard for children under 3 years.
Not hazardous under normal use.
Contains small parts; keep away from young children.

Books and Printed Materials

Not suitable for children under 3 years due to risk of paper cuts or detached small items.
Keep away from open flames or heat sources.
Not intended for use as toys.

Board Games

Contains dice, cards, tokens, plastic components, or folded paper play areas.
Not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may pose a choking hazard.
Store in a dry environment and avoid contact with heat or flame.

Acrylic Game Aids

Laser-cut from cast acrylic (plexiglass).
May have sharp edges – handle with care.
Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
If sanding or modifying, wear a dust mask, work in a well-ventilated area, and dispose of acrylic dust responsibly.

MDF Terrain Kits

Laser-cut MDF models supplied as unassembled kits.
Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
May contain sharp corners and small components.
If sanding or modifying, work in a well-ventilated area and wear a dust mask.
These kits are designed for hobby use only and are not suitable for unsupervised assembly by children.

Product Identification

All products include a product name and SKU for traceability. Due to the small-scale nature of our production, we do not assign formal batch numbers.
